KDS’s mission is to help corporations manage and reduce their Travel and Expense (‘T&E’) costs. Through KDS Corporate, our ’on-demand‘, end-to-end software solution, we enable business travelers to book their journeys and manage their expense claims online, whilst simultaneously allowing employers to enforce corporate travel policies. Our market leadership is built upon our anticipation of customers’ needs for advanced web-based solutions that achieve cost reductions, enhanced employee security and improved corporate governance.
Our solution has been expressly designed to minimize operating costs and maximize convenience for our customers. Operating as a software as a service (SaaS) provider KDS, on-demand technology eliminates the need for expensive hardware investments and ensures that implementations and system upgrades are managed smoothly, efficiently and without interrupting the flow of the customer’s business.
One of our greatest assets is our independence. The corporate travel market sees many organisations pursuing agendas that frequently conflict. However, since KDS takes no commission from travel providers, it has no conflicts of interest and is able to focus exclusively on reducing the T&E costs of its customers.
In addition to our corporate customers, KDS serves many travel management companies and intermediaries, providing the ‘white label’ technology that underpins their own online booking portals.

KDS is an independent, privately owned company founded in Paris, France. The company’s founders saw a major opportunity to improve upon prevailing conditions in the corporate travel arena:- T&E is one of the greatest areas of controllable expenditure in most companies, and yet one of the least managed and optimized.
- The complexity and rapid evolution of the travel industry value chain generates significant inefficiencies but also numerous cost saving opportunities for corporations.
- No player had yet unleashed the full power of web-based technologies and an on-demand approach in the T&E space.
- No company had yet delivered an end-to-end T&E solution that combined an intuitive online self-booking travel tool with an efficient travel and expense reporting system.
